Holiday Beach sent Pete out on a Saturday after another company failed to fully address what was causing a sewer line backup. Pete was super responsive and called to communicate updates between each step of the process. I couldn’t recommend them more based on their responsiveness and professionalism of their employees.

I don’t unusually write comments related to customer service but when you receive unusually good service it can’t go unrecognized! We called HBM for a maintenance check on our two HVAC units, and in less than 24 hours they were here. The technician, Levi, was quick, efficient and thorough. The whole process was an excellent demonstration of superior customer service.

Thank you Shawn for being available at 10:00 at night this past week. What you discovered could have cost us our lives. A fire had sparked behind the wall and shorted the fire alarms and 3rd floor power. There was still a dangling loose wire and the first electrician did not find the source of our issue (not sure which company he was with), but it was a blessing it was after hours and your company/you were available 24/7.

I leave this review on behalf of my business. I called them frantic on a Friday morning trying to get them to come out to deal with my heater for my outdoor spa. Thankfully they had a opening available and was able to get somebody out here and they were able to get it functioning and working without any issues. Dante and Zach installed hardwired smoke alarms in my rental. They did a great job from start to finish. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned up afterwards. When I asked about an annual maintenance plan that offers a discount on services they called the office and it was set up immediately. This was my first time using Holiday Beach. I hope the HVAC service will be as good as the electrical work by Dante and Zach. They seemed to actually care about their work which is rare these days.

I cannot brag enough on Shawn with Holiday Beach Mechanical. He was here till almost midnight for shorted outlets and the wired fire alarms beeping like battery was dead (turns out this was part of the electrical short too). It was a long tedious job because when he recognized a burned outlet, he was determined to ensure our safety. He found something more serious behind the wall (dangling wires that had caught fire). The wires were still a danger and breaker box was not labeled correctly but he fixed it right and corrected the breaker box. And what a knowledgeable fine man! You have a great employee in this guy Shawn! Thank you Holiday Beach Mechanical and Shawn!

Arrived at our vacation home (around 8pm) and the main floor A/C was not working. Called Holiday Beach Mechanical and they had a tech onsite within 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the repair made quickly. Helped our family avoid a terrible (and hot) first night on vacation. I would definitely recommend Holiday Beach Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs. Total invoice was under $100 and this was an after hours / emergency call. Great price, great service and fast!

If you’re ever facing a home disaster in Panama City Beach and thinking, “Well, there goes the weekend…”—stop right there and call Holiday Beach Mechanical. I did, and let me tell you: they saved my bacon faster than you can say ‘air conditioner meltdown with a side of in-laws.’ As a brand new customer, I expected the usual “We can fit you in sometime between now and the next eclipse.” But nope! They had Dante and Zach at my door within a few hours—real-life HVAC heroes in work boots. These guys were friendly (like, “we could be neighbors” friendly), super efficient, and honest as the day is long. They walked me through everything, told me what it would cost before they did the work (what a concept!), and even gave me options. OPTIONS, people! Not just “this or suffer.” I was bracing for a hot, sweaty weekend of apologizing to guests for the smell of electrical doom—but thanks to Holiday Beach Mechanical, we were back in business before Happy Hour. If Dante and Zach were a band, I’d buy a t-shirt and go to every show. Call Holiday Beach Mechanical for electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Seriously. We called late in the afternoon for AC Service when our AC stopped working. They were very responsive and said they had a backlog and they would get to us as quickly as possible but it would be after 5. We understood and appreciated them being honest. Micheal arrived after 8pm. He was polite and very professional. He got to work and less than an hour later, our AC was working. They did not even charge us an after hour fee. Very satisfied.

We troubleshoot with Dante for several hours. It sounds a little unbelievable to me, but it was a screw in the ceiling light that was touching a hot wire and was causing the breaker to trip. We still had to replace the breaker, just in case. Sometimes it takes a sheer amount of troubleshooting which is nagging and time-consuming, but he did it and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Thank you guys!

My A/C Units PCV Pipe was clogged for the 2nd time this year, previously was in April. Not too sure why it keeps happening, they did inform me it was nothing I was doing wrong. Replaced 2 Switches with 4 New RFID switches

Scheduling the service was perfect and JD arrived on time. He removed a light and fan switch replacing them with new RFID switches. JD also installed the second set of RFID switches on the opposite wall. He cut back the wires in the electrical boxes and added new wire connectors to ensure nothing would short out. JD was very nice, explained everything perfectly and clean the area of dust and extra parts. While here he explain his company offered a maintenance plan, since we live in a condo it would cover everything HVAC, plumbing leaks, etc. we purchased the plan. JD provided A+ service

My in-ground backyard pool had a below ground plumbing leak. Holiday Beach came to my house and fixed it. I was so happy. Then I turned my irrigation system on and there was an unexpected leak and a missing sprinkler head. I didn’t remove the sprinkler head. Holiday beach mechanical said the sprinkler head was laying on the ground not attached to anything. It was one of those disputes, I believed them and they believed me. I would have been happy splitting the difference. This company is like an old fashioned business when people cared about their customers, they came right out and fixed the new leak, installed a new sprinkler head, with no charge! I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of me.

We just signed up for the AC maintenance program. They were quick to schedule in. The tech was very friendly and very thorough. We are very pleased. We also had a plumbing emergency, with a broken waterline in the wall. HBM responded with a plumber the very next morning. He was quick to find and fix the problem. Once again, very friendly and courteous.

Had Hvac, Electrical, and plumbing come out on the same day.

Appointment setter was very responsive. The techs provided top notch service. They were prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable. Only serviced what was needed. Did not try to upsell additional service. Great group of guys. Highly recommend. This is how all business should operate.

I am in charge of a Commercial Account on 30A I have Holiday Beach Mechanical servicing our account for just about every service they offer! Definitely HVAC & Plumbing. I am here to tell you…..These guys have gotten it right!! They actually do what they say they are going to do! They show up on time and go the extra mile! It’s as if they actually care…. My outside condenser unit had stopped cooling my home over Memorial Day weekend. I contacted Holiday Beach Mechanical in the morning after Memorial Day and Mrs. Annette was able to put me on for first call with tech Levi. Levi gave me a call when he was 15-minutes out so I could put my dogs up & when he arrived I explained the situation and he was able to locate the problem with my unit within 30 minutes of arrival. He explained the situation, that my unit was old and freon alone would be $1000 for 10lbs and recommended to be replaced because they don’t make my units anymore. I paid my initial $89 service fee & contacted Jeremy Lawrence, accounts manager, & Jeremy provided me with a quote within 24-hrs after contact to replace both inside & outside units. The entire process & follow ups from Jeremy has given me hope that there are companies who follow through & ensure you’re not being forgotten. I love Holiday Beach Mechanical & will eternally recommend them to everyone I know.

I’d highly recommend calling KC Neverdahl with Holiday Beach Mechanical at 850-890-4555. He’s been super responsive, they show up when they say they will (which is not always easy to find in PCB), and they resolve the issues properly.

Holiday Beach Mech. installed a ductless heat pump system for my enclosed porch back in the spring. Paul and Son’ did a great job on the install. They managed to overcome both structural and electric problems to complete the job. They were very professional. Everything has worked great.

They made sure to keep in touch with me for rescheduling my original appointment (due to crazy FL weather). The service tech showed up on time, did his thing on the inside unit and cleaned the outside unit as requested. The monthly service price is very reasonable and the comfort of knowing someone is on your side for any emergencies is the best value here. Florida heat is REAL!

Exceptional service!!! I had them do a standard AC service and they were extremely thorough. Another company I’ve used in the past was in and out in 20 minutes. Holiday Beach Mechanical stayed for more than an hour.
